Help I found a female butterfly laying eggs yesterday on my swan plants. She was having a good time and I think a bird may have attacked her. She is missing an antenna. Do they die after laying eggs can I save her she won’t move much? Please help

    Hello Asha

The females do die after they’ve finished laying their eggs. THere is nothing you can do to save her. She has probably had the best part of her life and will have given life to no doubt hundreds of descendants.

That’s kind of you to consider her – good on you.
