Great work Stu McPherson, who writes:/
/ /I believe the show was a success.
Our space was right next to a door and the other entrance was right opposite my site. Started out slowly but picked up after the Christmas parade finished.
/ /The three// of us managed to field everyone’s questions and after speaking with a couple of hundred people the reoccurring theme seems to be ” we did this as kids but…..”//So we did our best to convince them to keep the tradition going.
/ /Mary arrived about 9am with butterflies and caterpillars. We had a release of butterflies about midday to the amazement of the crowd. The other half of the butterflies we released at home, around nectar plants and milkweed.
/ /If I had had plants to sell then they would have been the big winner. Have told people to look out in the local rag for when they are ready for sale. /
/Also extended people to become part of the local area network to aid the district’s butterflies./
// /It has been said something as small as the flutter of a butterfly’s wing can ultimately cause a typhoon halfway around the world. – Chaos Theory/
