These are reports of Monarch Butterfly sightings throughout New Zealand (mostly!). You can contribute by reporting Monarch sightings and also by reporting pest sightings in your area.
Viewed at a distance from above, as it flitted from bush to bush on a hillside location.

Not butterfly as such but caterpillars on my swan plant would beover a dozen a week or so old i found a bug like a green vegtable bug that hd killed a caterpiler is their something i could spray?? have removed bug from plant

5 Butterflies around swan plants, 6 crysalisis, 50 caterpillars many nearing cyrsilis stage. No wasps but yellow aphids on swan plants.
