I was out walking. One very healthy looking adult butterly, feeding avidly on numerous Hebe flowers. Was very active. I am sending photos to Jacqui.

There were up to 20 butterflies parked up on branches about 20ft up the tree, on the sunny side., several looked to be older ones, but smaller ones looked quite newly hatched. They are usually always in this spot or nearby.
