Butterfly flew up driveway
Found butterfly dead in garden
Just to let you know there are plenty of butterflies still sited at this location and about 100 crysalis at last count yet to hatch. Butterflies are still laying eggs.
This female Monarch originally tagged on Feb 24 was sighted again in the same area
we have 33 cocoons around the back garden.and 15 more about to turn in to cocoons.

I saw two butterflies on the same day: one large and one small, both were monarchs. THe large one was crossing the road between dairy farms and the small one was on my parent’s farm.
