The butterfly was laying eggs on my swan plants
on my 3 year old milkweed.
Saw 5 Monarch Butterflies throughout my walk up Worsleys Road, flying over pasture and roadside vegetation, also near blossoming trees.
Saw a monarch flying near our place, along roadside, also one up the road further in the countryside, near apple blossoms etc.
One butterfly fluttering
Saw a monarch feeding in somebodies garden , on Lilac flowers. Also two more near chestnut tree blossoms flying about, and two more flying over grassland , then later 4 others on the way back around the edge of trees and gardens in the area.
Brief. Fighting the wind.
Saw 3 in 2 hours or so on Walnut Ave across from the Domain.
While walking through Travis Wetlands I saw 4 monarchs thoughout our time there, flying through trees and swampy ground.
